AI can solve almost anything now. The work is no longer doing the task. The work is directing it right. The Dojo is the path from one to the other.
The old skill was doing the task yourself. The new skill is describing the outcome and letting AI execute. Same result, a fraction of the time.
There is no "memorize the commands." There is "tell AI to save your work." You stop learning interfaces and start learning intent.
By the top of the path you are not doing tasks at all. You are designing agents that interpret your intent and run without you.

Start where you are. White belt assumes nothing. Your first task is a real problem, not a tutorial.
You stop doing and start describing. AI writes, saves, ships. You learn to direct it until the output is exactly right.
Mid-path you direct full features end to end. Front end, back end, database, deploy. AI builds. You own it.
At the top you design systems and teach them. Agents run without you. Then you make another sensei.

Each belt is three levels. Each level is three katas. Twenty-seven levels, eighty-one katas, one progression from your first AI-solved problem to teaching the room.
- Have AI solve a real work problem. Not a test — a real problem you were going to spend time on. Let AI handle it.
- Have AI create something you actually use. An email, proposal, plan, or document that you send or ship as-is or with minor edits
- Have AI do your research. Instead of Googling and reading, tell AI what you need to know and get an actionable summary
- Direct AI to refine until perfect. Keep directing AI through conversation until the output is exactly what you need — no manual editing
- Have AI match your voice. Get AI to write in your style, your tone, your way — so the output sounds like you wrote it
- Have AI generate options and pick the best. Instead of thinking through approaches yourself, have AI present options with tradeoffs
- Have AI run your meeting prep. AI generates the agenda, talking points, and follow-up notes — you just show up prepared
- Have AI find what you would miss. Give AI a document and have it surface gaps, risks, or opportunities you did not see
- Go a full week AI-first. One week where AI is your first stop for every task — not your backup, your starting point
